You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or notifying us of their location before we begin work.

While we take care to protect your property, you agree that normal wear and tear may occur during construction. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other features that are not part of the contracted work unless caused by our negligence.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship, which will be specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, extreme weather, soil movement, or other factors outside our control.

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor hairline cracks over time. This is normal and does not indicate a defect in workmanship. Significant structural issues will be addressed under the terms of your warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Aiken Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
